Question: Is it romantic to surprise your partner with flowers?

Dont say hi, thats hardly romantic. Maybe say 'i love you'? or 'Hey, I saw these and thought of you' or 'I thought youd like these'? x

Yes they like it. My wife loves it. But why do you have to come home 30 minutes late? Yeah and also what the first person said. "Hi?" Come on dude, get smooth with it. Say "I saw these and thought of you." Or "I love you." Or something thing. Hi? Lol, but yeah, why come on late?

Receiving flowers is nice & is a lovely surprise gesture but just be aware that it may not be met with as much adoration as would've been shown on tv/in movies. In real relationships the little things make a huge difference & even if it seems like she hasn't made a big deal of it at the time, it will be remembered & give you extra brownie points

Better idea just be on time. Flowers in front of you and say these are for you cos I love you. If your not in love just say these are for you cos your great/amazing etc.

I always love having suprise bunches of flowers off my partner :)
It makes me feel like he's thinking about me when were not together and thinking of ways to make me smile, and this always puts the biggest smile on my face!
But i agree with most of the other answers here, say something other than Hi :) maybe 'Beautiful flowers for a beautiful lady' or something along the lines of i love you.

It is a beautiful romantic suprise, and i think your partner will be over the moon :)
